Ear pieces rarely fit be but these were exceptionally uncomfortable and ineffective until i took the ear band off and just shoved the plugs in.

I had bought these for my husband for work. He tried it and said that the piece that goes in the ear was very uncomfortable because they were to tight. I will have to return them.

Hearing protection was effective in the field.No ringing after affects. Felt like the size we're comfortable for 5 family members. With reasonable price and multiple replacement plugs.
