I’m Aaron Rips, the founder of Quality Plugs by Rips, right here in New Jersey.
This all started back when I was in college. I needed a pair of earplugs that actually worked - something comfortable, effective, and built to last. After trying just about everything and coming up short, I decided to make my own. That’s how Quality Plugs by Rips was born.
Today, our mission is simple: help people protect their hearing without giving up the things they love. Whether you’re going to a concert, catching a flight, getting some rest, or just trying to block out the noise - we’ve got you covered.
