I use these when I operate my very noisy riding mower when I'm wearing a hat. I position the bow under my chin when I'm wearing a hat, and the plugs siginificantly reduce the noice from the mower engine.

Quality seems adequate, but these do not seal at all, so there is almost no noise reduction.

I like that they stay put and they are shockingly quiet, so much so if you chew gum while wearing them it's annoying.
