good silicone ear plugs - mushroom with conical hats on are the best for sound deadening - the price is good - and a cord attachment to facilitate temporary removal to hang around the neck

Got these as a stocking stuffer for my wife (guess I'm a hopeless romantic - LOL)She claims I snore, but I sleep like a baby. Anyway, she is able to sleep too now.

I just received them today. I looked them over, tried one pair on they muffle the sound real well. I am going to use them to protect my hearing when I go to the shooting range. Remember to when you put them on for example your left ear, reach around the back of your head with your right hand, hold the tip of your left ear, pull up then insert the ear plug with your left hand. Do the reverse for your right ear.

I use these when my in-laws are visiting, we get along much better now.
