These are OK, not the best, but for the price, they are acceptable.

Posted by LL on Oct 4th 2020

These Foam Earplugs are OK, especially for the price of 18c a pair. They are definitely lower cost than the 3M version. I am a little skeptical about these (the product package has no specification listed at all), but they seems to do the job. Yet, I was using these in an indoor shooting range, and test them side-by-side with the 3M 32dB ones and these seems to be a tad less effective than the 3M one (just a little bit tho, not too dramatic). And for the price, they are truly "disposable", you wouldn't worry too much; while, i think they are actually OK to be reused too. They came back to 100% full size even after they had been in my ears for like an hour. All in all, I think these work, low cost; I got them so that I can give them out to friends and colleagues at shooting events, business trips on flights or in music festivals for causal usage. I am in between 3 and 4 stars for this item.Thank you for reading this review, I hoped that this review & the pictures are helpful to you in support of your purchase decision.

    Excellent little sanity savers!

Posted by Miranda on Sep 28th 2020

I have to keep a pack or two in my purse at all times. Sometimes you end up sleeping somewhere super loud, sometimes you don't want to hear your significant other blowing up in the other room, sometimes you don't want to hear people babble on about politics when you're enjoying a coffee. These little cuties are perfectly packaged individually and can fit any ear shape. They're super squishy, super comfy, and super duper useful!

    They actually plug my ears!

Posted by wild animals on Sep 28th 2020

These are GREAT! They are so easy to put in and they block out a ton of noise. I have a really hard time getting some brands of earplugs fully into my ears and then fully expanded, but these work perfectly. They expand back to full size kind of slowly, so if you want to take them out and put them back in a lot you might lose a little protection as you wait for expansion. But for me that just means that it's easier to get them fully in my ear. I don't think they're firmer than other earplugs at all, but they are bigger than some other brands, so they may cause more pressure if your ear canal is narrower. They do cause a bit of pressure in my ears when they've expanded to full size, but I can manage that by not putting them in so far. Although I much prefer a little pressure over the feeling I get when I hear 160dB through earplugs that aren't in all the way.I am conflicted about the plastic wrapping. I don't like the waste, but it does keep them from falling into the mud or solvent or whatever that ruins lots of my earplugs that don't come in plastic.I recommend trying these if you have a hard time getting a good seal on other earplugs.

    Simple ear plugs.

Posted by JTB on Sep 25th 2020

They're very basic ear plugs but function perfectly. Simply unwrap, twist a little, and put in your ears. Couldn't be easier. Great for a parent with children that have sensory issues. Very easy to keep in a purse or pocket. Cheap and effective. What more could you want.

    Great ear protection

    Posted by Radar626 on Sep 21st 2020

These foam ear plugs are just like the ones my husband used to wear when working on the flight line around fighter jets. A lot of the foam ear plugs sold in stores have a lesser decibel rating (26 or 28 dB) and allow in more sound. The higher the dB rating, the more sound is blocked. With these being at 32, almost all sound is blocked or significantly muffled, except for piercing alarms (i.e., fire alarms, car alarms, etc.), someone loudly yelling/screaming nearby, bass heavy music, my husband's loudest snores... You won't lose all hearing when these are in your ears, but if the sound of traffic or someone watching TV or music on high volume is keeping you from sleep, these will definitely help. If you need protection on the job, these combined with a good set of ear defenders should protect your hearing very well. These orange ear foamies are comfortable and don't make your ears feel sore if you wear them to sleep. Having them packed in individual bags keeps unused pairs clean and lint and hair free until you need them. It also means you can toss a pack in your purse or bag so that you have a pair ready to go whenever the need arrises.

    Great for loud projects

    Posted by kcee74 on Sep 19th 2020

We've spent more time at home the past few months taking care of some big projects around the house. Earplugs are a must when using loud power equipment. These are easy to pop in and they do a pretty good job at staying in the ear while working. Really blocks out a lot of the noise. With 50 pairs, this should be plenty to keep me in stock while I finish my projects.

    Good Value!

Posted by Bhatta's Reviews on Sep 17th 2020

These Foam Earplugs 50 Pair for under $10 is actually good value as long as you know its limitations. It does take considerable amount of time (upwards of 20-30 seconds) to fully expand once inserted into your ear. The sound does get blocked if you hold it in place for 30 seconds. If you are in a hurry these aren't for you as you have to be patient till it expands fully for proper blocking of sound. On the plus side, I did like the packaging. They come individually sealed in pairs perfect for hygienic way to use and discard after each use. Rating the product with four stars!
