5 The best earplugs I have found so far!!

I’m a light sleeper and I tried many types of earplugs and these are great! They are comfortable (I trimmed the ends so they don’t stick out) and I don’t hear any background noise including the birds outside my window at 5am. Totally recommend them!!

5 Crazy cheap hearing protection that works

Could not be any simpler these bulk silicone are both effective and extraordinarily priced! Easy to insert though sometimes you need to fiddle to make them feel comfortable. Unlike others they are one-piece items, some might find the stems to be just a little long in which case take a very sharp scissors and Snape off a chunk. Easy to keep clean, and I guess for the price you don't need to feel so guilty about disposing of them. Personally I use them for motorsports such as motorcycling, and the shooting sports! Very good value for the money.

Tried the foam ear plugs. Couldn't keep them in!! These are easy to insert, and they work well.
